  1. PRIMERO. RECHAZAR el recurso de súplica formulado el 22 de marzo de 2023 en contra del auto proferido el 14 de marzo de 2023, que rechazó la demanda de inconstitucionalidad presentada por el ciudadano Harold Eduardo Sua Montaña en contra del alcance dado por las sentencias C-355 de 2006 y C-055 de 2022 al artículo 122 de la Ley 599 de 2000, dentro del expediente con número de radicación D-15.184.
  2. SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional, COMUNICAR el contenido de la decisión al demandante con la indicación de que contra esta no procede recurso alguno.
